Responsibilities

• Directs community marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic, maintains inventory of ready apartments, sets rent pricing and concessions.
• Develops print and internet advertising strategies and uses PMS for reporting.
• Coordinates with maintenance to ensure property appearance and safety, and enhances salability of units.
• Participates in leasing process: tours, qualifying prospects, preparing leases, move-ins.
