Greystar seeks an experienced marketing and leasing leader to direct community advertising, sales activities, and leasing teams. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention while coordinating with maintenance and reporting on performance.

Primary responsibilities include developing marketing plans, optimizing pricing and concessions, and overseeing the leasing process from prospecting to move-in, with a focus on data-driven decision making and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Direct marketing, print and internet advertising, and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Lead leasing team and oversee sales process to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans; optimize pricing, concessions, and promotions.
• Coordinate with maintenance to maintain property standards and merchandising.
• Monitor reports and provide presentations on marketing and leasing performance.

Responsabilités

• Direct the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversee leasing team, traffic, and qualification of prospects; prepare lease documents and move-ins.
• Develop and implement marketing plans, pricing strategies, and advertising campaigns to boost occupancy.

• Oversee lease renewals and manage communications with residents.
