Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Marketing/Leasing Leader to direct the community's marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, and leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will develop pricing strategies, monitor performance, and ensure move-ins meet company standards.

Responsibilities include directing on-site leasing, analyzing market conditions, coordinating with maintenance, and presenting results to owners and managers.

Qualifications

• Experience directing community marketing, leasing and sales activities.
• Ability to develop short-/long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Strong leadership to supervise leasing team and coordinate with maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities to hit revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop pricing, concessions and advertising strategies to drive traffic and leases.
• Create and monitor print/internet ads and reports using PM software.
• Oversee leasing process from traffic to move-in procedures per policy.
• Review financial/operational reports to identify issues and present findings.
