Monarch Investment and Management Group in Madison, WI is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant who will be the first point of contact for prospects and residents. You will manage the leasing process, tour communities, explain pricing, floor plans, and amenities, and tailor the experience to each visitor.

This role offers hourly pay of $16 to $16.50 plus potential lease commissions up to $100, regional housing discounts, a 401(k) with annual match, and affordable health coverage.

• Strong computer skills.

• Bilingual - Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

Hiring Full-Time Leasing Consultant

As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. Pay: $16 to $16.50 per hour + Up to $100 commission per rental! Under $50 a month Blue Cross for yourself and discounted housing available!

Location: 1614 Fordem Avenue, Madison, WI 53704

Schedule: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday (One Saturday a month from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
