Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an upbeat Leasing Consultant for Georgetowne of Kettering. The on-site role focuses on guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, presenting floor plans, and promoting community features.

A friendly, sales-minded personality helps deliver exceptional customer experiences daily. We value 6 months of multifamily or customer service experience, strong communication, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in multifamily or customer service field.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with basic software.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process and identify the needs of prospective residents.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
• Demonstrate pricing, floor plans, amenities, and offerings during tours.
• Assist with outreach marketing and resident events.

Apartment Leasing Consultant | Full-time | On-site | Kettering, Ohio | Georgetowne of Kettering Apartments

PAY: $16-17 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap (Great potential with over 300 apartments!)
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30PM

WORK LOCATION: Georgetowne of Kettering at 4889 Far Hills Ave

What You Will be Doing:

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

• 6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
