Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant for Avalon Place Apartments in Fairborn, OH. This full-time, on-site role offers hourly pay of $17.00–$19.00 and a commission up to $100 per move-in. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30–5:30 with some Saturday flexibility.

You’ll manage leasing, present pricing and floor plans, maintain records, and support outreach events. We value customer service, strong communication, and a friendly, sales-oriented approach.

• 6 months' experience in multifamily or customer service field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects.
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events.

Apartment Leasing Consultant | Full-time | On-site | Fairborn, Ohio | Avalon Place Apartments | $17.00 to $19.00 an Hour

COMMISSION:Up to $100 per move-in with no cap!

SCHEDULE:Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30PM, Saturday flexibility is preferred 10-4
