Monarch Investment and Management Group in Dayton, OH is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant for Georgetowne of Kettering. This full-time, on-site role places you on the front lines with prospective residents, delivering friendly tours and guiding applicants through the leasing process.

You will handle pricing and floor plans, prepare lease documents, and support outreach marketing and resident events. The position offers a competitive hourly pay plus move-in commission, with strong benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily or customer service fields.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with residents and prospects.
• Familiarity with lease processes and documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process and identify resident needs.
• Prepare lease agreements and keep accurate records.
• Explain pricing, floor plans, and amenities to prospects during tours.

Apartment Leasing Consultant | Full-time | On-site | Kettering, Ohio | Georgetowne of Kettering Apartments

PAY:

$16-17 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap (Great potential with over 300 apartments!)

SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30PM

What You Will be Doing

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

What You Need to Have

• Strong computer skills
• 6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
• Skilled problem solving
• Excellent communication skills
• An unmatched dedication to customer service
• The drive to learn and get better everyday
