Monarch is seeking a dedicated Apartment Leasing Consultant for Avalon Place Apartments in Fairborn, Ohio. This full-time, on-site role greets prospective residents, tours communities, and guides lease processes to secure rentals with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

You will manage leasing operations, prepare lease documents, and coordinate pricing, floor plans, and amenities while supporting outreach marketing and resident events.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in multifamily or customer service field.
• Strong computer skills for leasing processes and records.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Sales-focused mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
• Demonstrate understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings during tours.
• Support outreach marketing and resident events with creativity.

Apartment Leasing Consultant | Full-time | On-site | Fairborn, Ohio | Avalon Place Apartments | $17.00 to $19.00 an Hour

COMMISSION:Up to $100 per move-in with no cap!

SCHEDULE:Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30PM, Saturday flexibility is preferred 10-4

WORK LOCATION: Avalon Place 2196 Rockdell Dr
