Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Ridge at Chestnut Apartments in Kansas City, MO. This full-time, on-site role offers a pay range of $16.00-$18.00 per hour with opportunities for commissions and a robust benefits package.

You will greet residents, conduct tours, lease and renew agreements, prepare documents, assist with marketing, and build positive relationships with residents. Requires a high school diploma and 6 months in related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service.
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants.
• Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities.
• Lease vacant apartments to new residents.
• Renew leasing contracts with existing residents.
• Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts.
• Assist property team with marketing efforts.
• Participate in community outreach for brand awareness.
• Foster and maintain relationships with on-site residents.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities:
