Monarch Leasing Consultant position at 21 South at Parkview Apartments in Baton Rouge is an on-site, full-time role. You will manage the leasing process, tour prospects, and prepare lease agreements while delivering a memorable resident experience.

We offer $16-18/hour plus up to $100 commission per move-in, 20% apartment discount after 30 days, 401k matching up to $4,000/year, medical and dental plans from under $50/month, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement.

Competenze

• 6 months+ experience in multifamily leasing and 2 years in customer service or sales
• Prior leasing goals/occupancy targets a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required

Apartment Leasing Consultant at 21 South at Parkview Apartments | Baton Rouge, LA | Full-Time | On-site

PAY: $16.00 to $18.00 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap-Make as much commission as possible!
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (some Saturday flexibility is ideal)

What You Will be Doing

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
• Use your leasing expertise to drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional prospect experience

What We Want To See

• Strong computer skills
• 6 months or more experience in multifamily leasing and 2 years' experience in customer service or sales
• Prior experience hitting leasing goals or occupancy targets is a strong plus
• Skilled problem solving
