Job summary

Monarch Investment And Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Missouri to welcome prospective residents, showcase communities, and manage leasing documentation. You will maintain show-ready apartments, conduct market surveys, and support retention programs while leveraging a sales mindset and strong communication skills.

Competitive hourly pay with commissions, annual raises, and substantial employee benefits. Prior experience in property management or hospitality is valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Multi-Family housing industry required.
• Yardi/CRM familiarity strongly preferred.
• Strong sales mentality with ability to close and secure leases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service mindset with ability to build relationships with residents.
• Willingness to complete online training courses.
• Availability to work two to three Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective residents by showcasing our community and leasing apartments.
• Ensure model and target apartments are well-maintained and ready for showings.
• Conduct and report market surveys.
• Manage leasing documentation, including applications and lease agreements.
• Promote the community through marketing efforts such as Craigslist and other platforms.
• Assist with resident retention and engagement programs.
