Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a Full-Time Leasing Consultant in Fitchburg, WI. You will be the first contact for prospects and residents, delivering exceptional service and creating a home-like experience.

Pay ranges from $16 to $16.50 per hour with commission opportunities and housing discounts. Benefits include 401k with match, health, dental and life insurance, paid holidays and PTO, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 6 months exp in multifamily or customer service field.
• Strong computer skills with basic software proficiency.
• Bilingual communication abilities.
• Skilled problem solving and clear written/spoken skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to learn and improve daily.

Responsabilités

• Manage the leasing process and identify resident needs.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
• Explain pricing, floor plans, amenities, and offerings during tours.
• Assist with outreach marketing and resident events.

Hiring Full-Time Leasing Consultant

As a Monarch Leasing Consultantyou are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. PAY: $16 to $16.50 per hour + Up to $100 commission per rental! Under $50 a month Blue Cross for yourself and discounted housing available!

Location: 5401 Williamsburg Way, Fitchburg,WI53719

Schedule: 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday-Friday

What You Will be Doing:

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

What You Need to Have:

• Strong computer skills
• Bilingual
• 6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
• Skilled problem solving
