You will manage staff, drive performance, coordinate budgets, and collaborate with maintenance and marketing to hit occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring top-notch resident experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Professional communication and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, conduct interviews, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Drive team performance and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Provide ongoing training on leasing, safety, and operations.
• Improve resident satisfaction and retention through responsive service.
• Assist in budget preparation and monthly/annual financial reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance and marketing to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Follow eviction procedures as required.
• Maintain owner relationships and property tours.
