You are a proven leader with 4+ years in sales, customer service or asset management, and 2+ years in property management leadership. On-site work with an attractive compensation package and bonus opportunity is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in sales, customer service or asset management, ideally in property management.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role within property management.
• 2-4 years of leading a team in a competitive sales environment.
• Ability to mentor and coach a diverse team and drive results using sales metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
• Manage the property budget, increase revenue, and achieve financial goals.
• Oversee leasing and maintenance teams and ensure compliance with policies.
