Job summary

RPM Living in Wisconsin is seeking an on-site Community Manager to oversee a multi-family apartment community. You will lead staff, supervise onboarding, training, and performance reviews, and ensure superior resident service.

Strong leadership, communication, and budget awareness are essential for success in this role. You will collaborate with maintenance and marketing teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals while upholding company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of related experience; combine education and experience.
• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience required.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player with professional, effective communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Leads property staff, conducts interviews, onboarding, training, and assessments.
• Drive performance, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Oversee leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition, training, and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget prep and monitor variance within +/-10%.
• Promote resident satisfaction and manage service requests with urgency.
• Collaborate with maintenance and marketing to hit occupancy goals.
