Job summary

Asset Living, a national property management firm, is seeking a Housekeeper for an apartment community. You will clean the building’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds, and you will help prepare units for move-in under the supervision of the Community Manager.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year of housing industry experience). Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements are also expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community housekeeping
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Responsible for general cleaning and trash removal of grounds and residential areas, including make-ready units and common areas
• Responsible for cleaning and preparing vacant units for move-in

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent
