Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and appealing community in Reno. You will perform on-site cleaning, prepare vacant units, and support resident needs with a focus on safety and policy adherence.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; some housing experience is preferred. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA are expected. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community housekeeping and regular on-site attendance required.
• Responsible for cleaning and trash removal of grounds, units, and common areas.
• Clean and prepare vacant units for move-in and upkeep daily of offices and amenities.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Enforce community policies and report violations to the Community Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
