Job summary

Asset Living in Orlando, FL seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds, ensuring make-ready units are prepared for move-in under supervision. You will perform daily cleaning, respond to resident requests, and uphold safety and policy standards, with regular onsite attendance and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred or housing industry experience.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleaning of public facilities, common areas, and grounds.
• Prepare make-ready units for move-in under Community Manager supervision.
• Respond to resident requests and manage service requests promptly.
• Uphold community policies and protect asset integrity.
