Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper in Shoreline, WA to maintain cleanliness of the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds. You will also prepare vacant units for move-in and assist with on-site operations under supervision.

The role requires daily onsite attendance, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent housing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds daily.
• Make-ready cleaning for vacant units prior to move-in.
• Maintain cleaning of the community’s offices, amenities, and grounds.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Follow Asset key policy and report violations to the Community Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and project a positive image of the community.
• Utilize resources economically and perform additional tasks as assigned.
