Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 year housing industry experience.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the apartment community's public facilities, common areas, and grounds; prepare units for move-in.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly; provide excellent customer service.
• Clean and upkeep offices, amenities, and make-ready units daily.
• Follow Asset Living policies and safety procedures as directed by the Community Manager.
