Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper for our apartment communities. You will clean the public facilities, common areas, and grounds, and prepare make-ready units under the guidance of the Community Manager to meet operational objectives.

The position requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. Regular onsite attendance, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and flexibility for overtime are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or 1 year housing industry experience.
• Basic computer skills required to understand on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal areas, public facilities, and grounds.
• Keep make-ready units clean for move-ins.
• Respond to resident/management requests and service orders promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and uphold community policies.
• Support Community Manager with daily operations and reporting.
