Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain daily cleaning of apartment community facilities, common areas, and grounds. The role includes cleaning make-ready units and preparing vacants for move-ins, under the supervision of the Community Manager.

Daily onsite attendance is required, with emphasis on customer service and timely responses to resident requests. This position supports a safe, welcoming living environment and adheres to all housing regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean public facilities, common areas, and grounds daily.
• Prepare and clean make-ready units for move-in and keep vacants ready.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of community offices, amenities, and common areas.
• Follow Asset Living policies and report violations to the Community Manager.
