Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of the apartment community’s public areas, offices, and amenities. The role includes making units ready for move-in, responding to resident requests, and ensuring safety and policy compliance under the Community Manager’s supervision.

The position requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and basic computer skills. Regular on-site attendance and flexibility for overtime or emergencies are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Clean the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and maintain make-ready readiness.
• Respond to resident requests and service orders promptly.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and upkeep of offices and amenities.
• Uphold Asset Living policies and report violations to the Community Manager.
