Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the apartment community's public facilities, common areas, and grounds. The role includes cleaning, make-ready work for vacant units, and daily upkeep of offices and amenities, under supervision of the Community Manager.

Required are a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of housing laws. This on-site position offers competitive benefits and a safety-conscious work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or higher; Bachelor’s degree preferred or housing industry experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Experience in customer/resident relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the apartment community’s public facilities and common areas.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and ensure units meet readiness standards.
• Respond to resident and management requests and service orders promptly.
• Maintain policies and safety standards; report violations to the Community Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and project a positive image of the community.
