Job summary
Tecnoprism Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven Staffing Business Development professional to expand our client base in the APAC region. You will lead outbound outreach, prospect new opportunities, and convert leads into active clients by building a strong sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with sales tools and platforms such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha, and stays ahead of staffing industry trends to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Staffing Business Development, APAC market preferred.
- Expertise in cold calling, lead generation & client acquisition.
- Hands-on with Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Lusha.
- Ability to build sales pipelines and convert leads into active clients.
- Confident in handling outbound outreach independently.
- Strong understanding of staffing industry trends and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement staffing business development strategies.
- Identify and pursue APAC market opportunities.
- Engage in cold outreach to generate qualified leads.
