Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth or high-bar environments.
• Proven track record of hiring for business functions (e.g. Sales, Technical Success, RevOps, Partnerships, User Ops), preferably on technical roles.
• Strong talent judgment to assess experience and potential, with high hiring standards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for APAC roles, from scoping to offer and close.
• Partner with senior business leaders to understand team needs and translate priorities into talent plans.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent across competitive markets.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, maintaining a high hiring bar.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting the company’s values and mission.
• Navigate global hiring environments by coordinating with People, Legal, and Compensation for consistency and compliance.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes to increase quality and velocity.
• Provide market intelligence to stakeholders to shape talent strategy.
