Job summary

Stripe is seeking a consultative and creative recruiter to grow and scale our Business & Core teams in APAC, with a focus on Bangalore. You will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and deliver best-in-class candidate experience.

This role requires a builder mindset, openness to trying new ideas, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage high-volume requisitions, and report on hiring progress while continuously iterating

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred).
• Strong track record in target achievements and high-volume hiring in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience partnering with senior executives, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor.
• High autonomy, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to drive impact in a fast-paced org.
• Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
• Strong data-driven approach to problem solving and reporting recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for junior to senior roles and high-volume requisitions.
• Drive hiring strategy and partner with senior stakeholders to build leadership teams.
• Collaborate with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting of progress to the business.
• Partner with compensation, HR, finance, and other teams to scale hiring.
• Build a healthy pipeline through branding, events, and employee referrals.
• Provide timely reporting and insights to improve recruitment processes.
