Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our ANZ team in Melbourne or Sydney. You will develop and qualify the sales pipeline for Australia and New Zealand, with potential to prospect across APAC in a hybrid role.

You will engage stakeholders via email, phone, and social channels, qualify leads, and collaborate with the regional sales team to build a robust pipeline. Fluency in English and a proactive, resilient attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage in targeted outbound demand generation to raise awareness of RELEX's value proposition.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team.
• Collaborate with the regional sales team to build and support the manufacturing sales pipeline.
• Research target accounts and stakeholders to craft personalized outreach.
• Promote and follow up on events, ensuring high-quality lead engagement.
