Job summary

HelloFresh Australia (Chippendale Head Office, hybrid) seeks an Associate Director of IT APAC to lead a high-performing hub, integrating APAC IT across HelloFresh operations and HelloConnect Philippines, YouFoodz, BeCool Logistics, and ANZ. This role champions global IT best practices and scalable operations.

You will connect regional teams with global leadership, shape IT strategy, and drive AI-enabled workflows, SLAs, and audits while coordinating across time zones and major markets.

Qualifications

• Associate Director level experience with multi-country IT strategy.
• Experience with APAC regional IT governance and service delivery.
• Experience with Philippines-based BPO or shared-services operations.
• Strong stakeholder management at C-suite level.
• Proven ability to lead cross-cultural distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own APAC IT strategy across entities.
• Lead asynchronous, time-zone spanning distributed team across Australia, NZ, Philippines, Berlin and Toronto.
• Evolve service-desk into IT Operations framework.
• Partner with executive stakeholders for clear business alignment.
• Drive SLAs, compliance and audits across the region.
• Champion AI-driven workflows within the team.
• Optimize regional ROI via vendor negotiations and tooling consolidation.
