StackAdapt Inc. is seeking a Head of APAC Client Services to lead a high-performing team across APAC, based in Singapore or Sydney. You’ll set strategic direction, drive retention and growth, and partner with global leaders to deliver best-in-class service while navigating regional regulations.

You will work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to bring market feedback into the product pipeline and ensure scalable client success across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client services, customer success, or account management within programmatic advertising, digital media, or adtech.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach leaders to provide training and resources for career growth and exceptional client results.
• Drive retention and account expansion strategies to grow ad spend with us.
• Partner with regional Sales on planning and renewals to win new business and align platform with client needs.
• Meet with client executives and speak at industry events to build trusted partnerships.
• Coordinate with Legal and Revenue Operations to navigate data privacy regulations across APAC.
