United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Director, Client Services for APAC, based in Singapore or Sydney. You will build and scale a high-performing region, partnering with regional and global leaders to deliver client outcomes and drive retention and growth.

You will lead a team of leaders, refine service models, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal to ensure operational excellence while representing APAC on the Global Client Services Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client services, customer success, or account management in adtech or digital media.
• 5+ years leading managers and teams across APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach leaders to train and support teams delivering exceptional client outcomes.
• Drive retention and account expansion strategies for partner growth.
• Partner with regional Sales on planning and renewals to win new business.
• Meet with client executives and speak at industry events to build partnerships.
• Streamline regional workflows and track performance metrics to prevent burnout.
• Coordinate with Legal and Revenue Operations on data privacy regulations across APAC.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to incorporate local feedback into the product pipeline.
