Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing accounts payable operations in global organizations.
• Hands-on experience with AP systems, ERP platforms, and process automation initiatives.
• Experience establishing internal controls, compliance frameworks, and process improvements.
• Familiarity with APAC tax invoicing requirements and multi-country expansion.
• Experience with AI/automation tooling in finance or AP.
• Experience in high-growth global logistics, freight, or supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of regional payment infrastructures and vendor/carrier payment flows in APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic AP initiatives across the APAC region from definition to execution.
• Identify and deploy AI-enabled opportunities to improve automation and efficiency.
