Job summary

StackAdapt is seeking a Director, Client Services, APAC to lead a fast-growing regional team across Singapore and Australia. Reporting to the SVP Global Client Services, you will shape regional strategy, improve operations, and secure client value while maintaining strong partnerships with Sales and Product.

You will manage leaders across diverse markets, build capabilities, drive retention, and coordinate with global teams on data privacy and regional regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client services, customer success, or account management within adtech or programmatic advertising.
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing managers and diverse APAC teams.
• Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, DSPs, and client service models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach leaders to train and support teams for long careers and client results.
• Drive retention and account-expansion strategies with client value and ad spend growth.
• Partner with regional Sales on account planning and renewals to win new business.
• Engage with client executives and industry events to build trusted partnerships.
• Streamline regional workflows with clear performance metrics to reduce burnout.
• Coordinate with Legal and Revenue Ops on data privacy across APAC countries.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to feed local market feedback into the roadmap.
