StackAdapt is seeking a Head of APAC Client Services to shape the strategic direction for our fastest‑growing region. You’ll lead and scale a high‑performing APAC team, partner with regional and global leaders, and ensure best‑in‑class service across Singapore, Australia, Japan, and beyond.

You will own executive client relationships, drive retention and account growth, align with Sales and Product, and navigate regional data‑privacy rules while building scalable service models.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in client services or account management in adtech.
• 5+ years leading APAC-based teams.
• Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
• Fluency with DSP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of APAC digital advertising.
• Proven executive client relationships and renewals.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience using automation/AI to improve workflows.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach leaders to deliver exceptional results for clients.
• Drive retention and expansion strategies to grow ad spend.
• Partner with regional Sales on planning and renewals.
• Meet client executives and speak at events.
• Simplify regional workflows and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Legal and Revenue Ops on regional data privacy.
• Collaborate with Product/Marketing/Sales to feed local feedback.
