Zusammenfassung

HelloFresh is seeking an Associate Director, Production Technology to lead the technology ecosystem for its North American fulfillment network. You will bridge operations, engineering, IT, and automation to enable safe, reliable, and scalable order fulfillment across multiple sites.

Travel up to 50% is required. You will drive performance analytics, system reliability, and continuous improvement while building a high-performing technology organization and strong vendor partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a multi-year fulfillment technology strategy that supports HelloFresh’s North American supply chain, growth objectives, and operational excellence.
• Establish an integrated technology roadmap spanning WMS, WES, WCS, robotics, automation, controls, system integrations, and operational support capabilities.
• Optimize end-to-end fulfillment execution by improving coordination between enterprise applications, warehouse systems, automation platforms, and material handling equipment.
• Partner with Operations, Automation, Engineering, and IT to deploy and optimize scalable automation solutions that improve throughput, flexibility, labor efficiency, and asset utilization.
• Establish a standardized, proactive technology support model focused on system availability, predictive monitoring, rapid incident resolution, and long-term reliability.
• Drive measurable operational improvements through performance analytics, root-cause elimination, process optimization, and technology-enabled continuous improvement.
• Lead technology delivery for new fulfillment center launches, system implementations, automation deployments, and network transformation programs, ensuring technical readiness and operational adoption.
• Build and develop a high-performing fulfillment technology organization while strengthening cross-functional partnerships, standardizing best practices, and delivering reliable, scalable solutions that protect customer commitments, product freshness, inventory traceability, and on-time fulfillment.
