Qualifications
- Experience leading technology roadmaps for fulfillment or warehouse systems.
- Proven ability to translate tech challenges into measurable business outcomes.
- Strong leadership of multi-site teams and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year fulfillment technology strategy for NA.
- Establish an integrated tech roadmap across WMS, WES, WCS, robotics, and controls.
- Improve end-to-end fulfillment by aligning ERP, warehouse systems and automation.
- Partner with Ops, Automation, Eng, and IT to deploy scalable automation.
- Drive proactive tech support model and rapid incident resolution.
- Lead new center launches, system implementations, and network transformation.
