AgileEngine, LLC. in Tallahassee seeks a Senior FinOps Analyst to guide cloud cost strategies and optimize spend across R&D teams. The role requires APAC hours overlap with PST/CST and collaboration across engineering groups. Strong communication and data-driven decision making are essential.

You will monitor cloud/LLM spend, perform root-cause analyses, forecast costs, and deliver actionable recommendations via Jira tickets and Showback reporting.

Formación

• 4+ years of FinOps experience.
• Proven cloud cost management and optimization skills.
• Ability to investigate spend anomalies and write root-cause analyses.
• Experience advising R&D/engineering teams.
• Cost forecasting and aligning central forecasts with team projections.
• Familiarity with OpenAI/LLM cost drivers and monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary FinOps contact for R&D teams, triaging questions via Slack and other channels.
• Review monthly cloud spending with APAC teams and surface cost optimization opportunities.
• Investigate spend variances, produce root-cause analyses, and document in Jira.
• Contribute to monthly forecasting with team cohorts and document spend plans.
• Support showback reporting and maintain cost-driver knowledge.
