Job summary

Crown Bioscience is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead distributor-driven growth across Korea, India, and Singapore. You will build and manage partnerships, drive regional strategy, and ensure sustainable revenue in these markets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute plans, monitor market trends, and advance Crown Bioscience’s oncology-focused services globally.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher in a scientific discipline; PhD/MBA strongly preferred.
• 3+ years in industry, CRO/CDMO experience preferred.
• Background in biology, pathology, drug development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop distributor-led BD plans for Korea, India, and Singapore aligned with Crown Bioscience’s objectives.
• Identify, onboard, and manage distributor partners with clear expectations and territory coverage.
• Build relationships with distributor leadership and sales teams; provide training and support.
• Develop territory plans, maintain pipeline, prepare forecasts, review performance against goals.
• Support distributor-led opportunities through the sales cycle; coordinate proposals and handoffs.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activity in target regions; share insights internally.
• Represent Crown Bioscience at regional and international meetings; address barriers to performance.
