Job summary

IMMY is seeking a regional leader to elevate the APAC distributor network, expand regional market access, and drive commercial performance. The role reports to senior leadership and focuses on managing high-value partnerships, growth strategies, and establishing product leadership in medical and fungal diagnostics across APAC.

Candidates should have 5+ years in distributor management within medical diagnostics, preferably with fungal diagnostics, and a track record in APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in distributor management within the medical diagnostics sector.
• Experience in fungal diagnostics strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated commercial experience in the APAC markets.
• Track record of managing multi-country distributor networks in APAC.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and grow distributor relationships across the Asia Pacific region.
• Drive distributor performance against sales, growth, and compliance targets.
• Lead market expansion and channel strategy across the region.
• Represent the company at relevant industry congresses and trade events.
• Plan and deliver educational initiatives — webinars, podcasts, and similar content.
• Act as the regional point of contact between the company and its distributor partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and sales to align regional strategy.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insight for commercial planning.
• Travel regularly throughout the region to support distributors and explore opportunities.
