Job summary

Croda is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the Pharma business in South Korea. You will identify, develop and convert strategic opportunities, working with Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to build high-value customer relationships.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Korean pharmaceutical market, 7+ years in BD/sales, and fluency in English and Korean. Willingness to travel within the country is expected.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor’s degree in pharma-related background or scientific field.
• PhD will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate and convert new business opportunities in key growth areas aligned with Croda’s strategy.
• Regularly meet with key decision-makers to understand market needs and trends.
• Develop and execute account plans focusing on high-potential customers and strategic growth areas.
• Deliver against quarterly commercial targets and budgets, leveraging quick-win opportunities.

7+ years BD/sales experience

Lipid excipients / vaccine adjuvants

Korean pharma market knowledge

English and Korean proficiency

Education

Pharma/Scientific degree (Master/Bachelor)
