Job summary

IMMY seeks a senior leader to elevate the APAC distributor network, expanding market access and strengthening commercial performance across target markets in medical and fungal diagnostics.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage high-value channel partnerships, drive growth strategies, and lead regional product leadership while collaborating with marketing, medical affairs, and sales teams. Will travel extensively across APAC.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in distributor management within medical diagnostics.
• Fungal diagnostics experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven commercial experience in APAC markets.
• Track record of managing multi-country distributor networks in APAC.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and grow distributor relationships across the APAC region.
• Drive distributor performance against sales, growth, and compliance targets.
• Lead market expansion and channel strategy across the region.
• Represent the company at industry congresses and trade events.
• Plan and deliver educational initiatives (webinars, podcasts) to build regional product awareness.
• Act as the regional point of contact between IMMY and distributor partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and sales teams to align regional strategy.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insight to inform planning.
• Travel regularly throughout the region to support distributors and develop opportunities.
