Job summary

OLIVER, part of the Brandtech Group, seeks a Delivery Director to elevate APAC delivery capabilities. You will translate client strategy into operating models, lead account transformation, and embed GenAI-enabled delivery across regions.

You will establish a regional delivery standard, govern capacity, and design scalable, repeatable delivery components while partnering with New Biz, Strategy and Technology to craft compelling solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in delivery/operations leadership roles.
• 10+ years in agency environments.
• Extensive experience leading multi-market, multi-disciplinary delivery models.
• Proven track record of operationalising strategy into scalable delivery systems and governance.
• Strong client leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operationalise Client Vision and translate strategy into delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead Account Transformation (ways of working and operating models).
• Lead a Shared Services Hub with defined services, SLAs, and engagement model.
• Drive GenAI enablement and governance across delivery workflows.
• Lead New Business Solutioning (pitches, RFPs, and GTM delivery design).
• Oversee Regional Delivery Governance and capacity planning; mentor delivery leadership.
