Job summary

Omnicom is seeking a visionary Head of Global Technology to guide transformative tech delivery across global regions. You will align operational tech with client solutions, manage development teams, and champion AI-driven automation to future-proof our production stack.

You will report to the Global COO and partner with multiple regions to standardize, scale, and securely implement innovative technology across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in technology across creative production or global agencies.
• Strong understanding of modern SDLC, studio tech, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience leading AI-driven automation initiatives and workflow modernization.
• Excellent communication as a senior technical liaison to clients and executives.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams and global rollouts.
• Ability to balance immediate client needs with long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate technology delivery across international regions.
• Act as the primary client-facing lead for operational technology.
• Partner with Client Solutions to deliver end-to-end bespoke solutions.
• Lead global development teams and evolve studio tech tools.
• Champion AI-driven automation and scale new technologies across the stack.
