Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join its Corporate Accounting team in the Willow Grove area. This role leads AP staff, drives process improvements, and supports ERP initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of AP experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel and ERP skills. The position offers a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) with potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, payment processing, reconciliations, and AP controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle Fusion and Coupa experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounts payable operations and support a team of AP professionals.
• Review and process invoices, vouchers, and disbursements while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with ERP system implementations, upgrades, testing, and process improvements.
• Support supplier onboarding, invoice management, and document workflow initiatives.
• Resolve escalated vendor, employee, and internal customer inquiries.
• Monitor AP workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and service delivery.
• Prepare reports, analyze AP data, and assist with reconciliation activities.
• Partner with accounting leadership to support departmental goals and ongoing operational needs.
