Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience; supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; ERP systems experience beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare batch check runs, wire transfers, or ACH transactions.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and handle vendor correspondence.
• Review invoices for documentation and approvals before data entry; process invoices for payment.
• Investigate and resolve issues with payment processing and PO discrepancies.
• Post transactions to journals and ledgers; assist with month-end closing and audits.
• Maintain AP documents and respond to vendor inquiries; support management.
