Job summary

Advanced Recruiting Partners is seeking a Manager of Accounts Payable to oversee daily AP operations, drive process improvements, and support ERP optimization. You will lead a talented AP team, ensure accurate invoice processing, and maintain strong vendor relationships across departments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting and 5+ years of AP experience, including supervisory responsibilities, preferably in a publicly traded company and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience for a publicly traded company.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume accounting environment.
• GR/IR process knowledge and experience.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance prior to payment.
• Train, mentor, and support Accounts Payable team members.
• Review and reconcile AP aging reports weekly for payment runs.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and processing delays.
• Coordinate and execute scheduled payment runs to ensure timely payments.
• Manage vendor payment processes and maintain vendor relationships.
• Process and review employee expense reimbursements per policy.
