Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a high-volume AP team, driving process improvements and automation initiatives including AI scanning. You will partner with Procurement, Treasury, Accounting and IT to optimize workflows, ensure controls, and deliver accurate reporting.

The role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in AP, 2+ years in supervision, and strong ERP experience with Dynamics 365, Oracle, or SAP, plus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5+ years Accounts Payable experience in high-volume environments.
Minimum 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
Experience leading operational transformation and process improvements.
Experience implementing AP automation, OCR/scanning, AI tools, or intelligent invoice processing.
Strong ERP systems experience (Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP or equivalent).
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, reporting, reconciliations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily AP operations in a high-volume environment.
KPI reporting and accountability metrics across the AP team.
Monitor invoice processing accuracy, turnaround time, aging, and productivity.
Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives (AI, OCR, workflow).
Ensure compliance with internal controls and approval workflows.
Coordinate month-end close activities and provide executive KPI reports.
Mentor and develop AP staff and partner with Finance and IT on ERP enhancements.
