Responsibilities

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process check runs and electronic payments.

Accounts Payable Specialist

This role is responsible for high-volume invoice processing, subcontractor payments, vendor management, lien waiver administration, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
