CFS is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support high-volume manual invoice processing, matching, and vendor payment workflows in a fast-paced accounting environment.

This on-site, business casual role offers a weekday schedule with on-site parking and opportunities to grow into a long-term position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume manual accounts payable experience
• Experience with invoice matching and full-cycle AP processing
• Experience with vouchering is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process up to 300 invoices weekly in a high-volume AP environment
• Upload invoices, create vouchers, perform matching and discrepancy resolution
• Support reconciliations and assist with check and ACH payment processing
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice/PO issues
