Job summary

CFS in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a stable, team-oriented organization. You’ll process high-volume vendor invoices, match them to purchase orders, and assist with month-end close in a fully onsite role.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of AP experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent attention to detail. This is a Monday–Friday, on-site position located at 45241.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly check and ACH payment runs.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Support the accounting team with additional accounting projects as needed.
